Hello, I'm Kathryn & I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself & my holistic therapy business.

After years of bringing up my twins in the isolated world of Autism, I felt like I needed to do something to aid mine & my families wellbeing. I know all too well of the pressures & strains of daily life & I wanted to create a little haven where women could feel safe, nurtured, pampered & relaxed. So, what started out as a conversation with my husband, turned into a reality just a few months later.

In January 2019 I stood a little nervously as my first client walked through my treatment room door & well, I’ve never looked back!! From then on, my business has grown from strength to strength & I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful clients & the support of my family & friends! So, thank you for your continued support, your recommendations & your amazing reviews!!

Creating my business from scratch has been extremely rewarding & treating others has brought so much happiness into my life. Just walking into my treatment room fills me with instant calm & my clients feel that too. I love meeting people & knowing that they leave me feeling relaxed & with a little bit more balance & harmony in their life.

Nestled in the amazing Yorkshire Wolds in a little town called Market Weighton, the luxury boutique style treatment room is designed to help you unwind & escape the world for a while! The furniture has been sourced & up-cycled by myself, to ensure the finished result is unique & personalised. The room is infused with the amazing aromas of my 'Signature Scents' & treatments are carried out by candlelight on a heated couch with soothing music & a bubbling water fountain......it really is a little piece of tranquility just waiting for your arrival!

When I opened, I had a little over 40 treatments on offer but my business has changed organically over the last 4yrs. I truly believe that my 'Healing Rituals' are the most unique & bespoke therapies around. All these treatments include energy work & start at 90mins. This is important as it ensures you have time to fully unwind & relax & there’s always time to talk, I never rush anyone out of the door, this is your time & I’m holding space for you.

At the beginning of 2023 I created a monthly half-day retreat called ‘Sacred Sundays’ & I absolutely love how special they are. They have grown in popularity and are now called 'Sacred Days' & available monthly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays.

In September 2023 I started out on a personal healing journey. This journey took place over the course of a year & brought a whole new dynamic to my little business. As in August 2024 I qualified as a Shamanic Practitioner! Shamanics strips you down & brings you home to who you truly are. It's a deeply spiritual practice that involves an unseen world & a connection to the earth & the spirit realm which leaves you seeing the world from a new perspective.

 

I fell in love with the Shamans drum & qualified as a Shamanic Drum Practitioner in July so that I could bring more connecting heartbeats into the world. Students have loved my workshops & have crafted amazing drums of their very own. Students can also embark on futher one day workshops to learn how to work with their drums in the 

'The Sacred Drum', The 'Sacred Circle of Connection' & 'Sacred Voice'.​

In March 2025 I launch my monthly Shamanic Moon Circles which will be on a Monday evening from the yurt in the garden.

​

What's to come....Witches School Started in Oct 2024, meaning that October 2025 will see the Sabbats brought into play. I will be holding celebrations on Samhain, Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lammas, Mabon, where will will carry out rituals & set intentions in 'Honouring The Witch Within' Journey.

My Hypnotherapy Training begins in March 2025 & I'll be bringing this to the treatment room from March 2026.

In January 2026 I will be Walking The Goddess Path Through Yin & Restorative Yoga Training.

​

Finally I have enrolled in an Ofqual Level 3 Award in Education & Training so that I can share my skills with you in a new two year Inner Light Practitioner Program.
