Since 2018, I’ve been offering holistic therapies from the sanctuary, blending massage, facials, energy work, and sound into deeply nurturing, ritual-infused treatments like no other.
It was during those sacred sessions that I began to see something deeper,
women weren’t just seeking relaxation, they were yearning for something more...a space to truly be themselves.
And so, in 2022, Sacred Days were born. A natural extension of my work, these days offer women a safe, soul-led space to rest, release, reset and reconnect.
My own path has not been a smooth one. I’ve faced trauma, anxiety, and seasons of stress that have shaped who I am today.
For many years, I walked with no clear direction, just a heart full of longing and a head full of plans. Yet somehow, without realising it, I had already begun walking the path of healing and self-discovery.
In 2023, I embarked on a deeply transformative journey one that led me into the hidden corners of myself, revealing healing in places I never thought to look.
By 2024, I proudly stepped into my role as a qualified Shamanic Practitioner and Sacred Drum Maker, finding deep connection with the earth and the ancient wisdom of the shamanic traditions.
Of course, life still brings its challenges but now, I walk with a full toolkit: practices rooted in ceremony, energy, rhythm, and love. And I carry immense gratitude for all the teachers, seen and unseen, who have guided me.
My work is not just a profession it’s a soul calling. A heartfelt desire to walk beside others and offer comfort, balance, and transformation to those seeking it. With an open heart and a nurturing touch, I hold space for women as they rediscover their truth, their strength, and their light.
