During the treatment, I may call upon the guidance and support of spirit guides, ancestors, and other spiritual allies to assist in the healing process. Together we may conduct past life clearances, soul retrievals, chakra upgrades and psychic surgery. However, I will talk you through everything that is happening.

Sacred smoke, the medicine drum, chakapa, rattles, crystals, essential oils, and other tools may also be used to enhance the healing experience.

Serenity is a combination of stress-reducing massage & deep conditioning treatments. Lose yourself in an indulgent experience designed to relax your body & rebalance your soul. This exquisite experience begins with dry brushing of your back, followed by a scrub, mask, a hot stones & warm bamboo, back neck & shoulder massage which is then followed by an express moisturiser massage including Indian Head techniques to help ease away tension & create a sublime state of rest. Whilst the back mask is on, I will also work hot stones over the backs of your legs in slow deep moves to warm & de-stress. Then slip into a state of deep relaxation with a rose quartz natural lift facial massage, including scrub & mask. Whilst your mask is on, I will flood the room with sound from the drum. Once the mask is removed you can enjoy a soothing scalp, face, chest, neck & shoulders massage ending with the beautiful sounds from the crystalised singing bowls, ending with reiki healing & chakra balancing......Bliss!​

NB: Please be aware that some of the lymph nodes and drainage is located in personal areas:

For the breast area - my hand will be placed on top of your hand and your hand will be on a towel covering your breast.

For the groin area - I will need to access the area over your underwear just above the knicker line.

Feel your therapist’s restorative touch as you drift into deep relaxation with this calming massage where all traces of tension are gently eased away & you are left feeling soothed & re-energised. A true sense of well-being for the body, mind, soul & emotions.

Receive a traditional Hawaiian gentle touch massage with its continuous, free flowing strokes allowing the recipient to relax & give in to the nurturing touch. It uses a combination of massage techniques to restore energy & soothe the body. It usually begins with a period of stillness between therapist & recipient, during which the room will be cleansed & an intention blessing is carried out, chanting & voice may also be used. There is no set format for the massage itself, so no two massages are the same.

A dreamy facial massage incorporating techniques from the 'Natural Lift Facial', working with facial meridians & acupressure points, Reiki, Chakras & Crystal therapies to restore energy flow & balance.

This truly amazing treatment begins with basalt stones & crystals placed on and around the body focusing on key energy channels to balance the chakras. The chakras are opened & balanced to allow the energy to flow. I'll then guide you through a meditation to bring in a sense of calmness, allowing you to feel grounded and supported.

You’ll then be treated to a hot towel facial using natural vegan friendly products with a Rose Plumping Mask. This softly scented refreshing gel mask is infused with real rose petals, rose essence, rosehip oil and aloe vera. It moisturises, soothes and tones skin reviving your smooth, naturally dewy appearance.

Whilst the mask works its magic, you will receive a hand & arm massage & once the mask is removed a relaxing décolleté, neck, face & scalp massage with the benefits of hot & cold stones to soothe & rejuvenate the skin.

This truly amazing treatment begins with basalt stones & crystals being placed on & around the body focusing on key energy channels to open the chakras.
Negative energy will be dispersed from the body through the vibration of the drum, sound & crystals.
I will then flood your body with healing positive energy & begin ‘Chakra Calm’ facial! A hot towel facial using natural vegan friendly products. Incorporating a relaxing décolleté, neck, face & scalp massage to soothe & rejuvenate the skin with the use of pre-blended essential oils to aid ultimate relaxation & healing.
The touch helps release any tension within the body, allowing you to feel safe & prepared for your guided visualised meditation!
As your facial comes to an end, we will begin some breath work and move into your meditation.
During your meditation you will go on a journey where I will leave you in a safe place, there you can just be still & rest your mind. Whilst you are there I will perform reiki energy healing, balance your chakras & close them.
Then I will slowly begin to bring you back from your safe place & into the present. The treatment will end with foot grounding & closing breath work!
