A dreamy facial massage incorporating techniques from the 'Natural Lift Facial', working with facial meridians & acupressure points, Reiki, Chakras & Crystal therapies to restore energy flow & balance.
This truly amazing treatment begins with basalt stones & crystals placed on and around the body focusing on key energy channels to balance the chakras. The chakras are opened & balanced to allow the energy to flow. I'll then guide you through a meditation to bring in a sense of calmness, allowing you to feel grounded and supported.
You’ll then be treated to a hot towel facial using natural vegan friendly products with a Rose Plumping Mask. This softly scented refreshing gel mask is infused with real rose petals, rose essence, rosehip oil and aloe vera. It moisturises, soothes and tones skin reviving your smooth, naturally dewy appearance.
Whilst the mask works its magic, you will receive a hand & arm massage & once the mask is removed a relaxing décolleté, neck, face & scalp massage with the benefits of hot & cold stones to soothe & rejuvenate the skin.
The coolness of the stones help to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to banish bloat.

This truly amazing treatment begins with basalt stones & crystals being placed on & around the body focusing on key energy channels to open the chakras.
Negative energy will be dispersed from the body through the vibration of the drum.
During the drumming you will think about things that you wish to let go of and cut the ties that bind you. When the drumming stops I will carry out a grounding meditation and flood your body with healing positive energy & begin a hot towel facial using natural vegan friendly products.
Incorporating a relaxing décolleté, neck, face & scalp massage to soothe & rejuvenate the skin with the use of pre-blended essential oils to aid ultimate relaxation & healing.
The touch helps release any tension within the body, allowing you to feel safe & prepared for your guided visualised meditation!
As your facial comes to an end, we will begin some breath work & move into your meditation.
During your meditation you will go on a journey where I will leave you in a safe place, there you can just be still & rest your mind. Whilst you are there I will work with your chakras to balance them, reiki energy to aid your natural healing system within the body as you listen to the crystal singing bowls & koshi chimes.
As the bowls fade into the background I will slowly begin to bring you back from your safe place & into the present.
